You do not need the Devnira app installed to start this request. You can request account deletion directly from this page using the support email below.

Delete in the app

If you can access your account, open Devnira → Account → Delete Account. The app shows the effect of permanent deletion and asks for confirmation.

Request deletion from the web

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request from the email address associated with your Devnira account. Use the button below; include the registered mobile number only if needed to locate the account. Never send an OTP, password, CVV or complete card details.

Identity verification

Devnira may reply to the registered email/account contact to verify that the request came from the account holder before irreversible deletion is completed. This verification is used to prevent unauthorised deletion.

What is deleted

The buyer profile and personal shopping collections such as saved addresses, cart, wishlist, recently viewed items, search history and notifications are deleted or de-identified as applicable. Verified reviews are removed and related rating totals can be recalculated.

What may be retained

Order/payment records may be retained only in a de-identified or legally required form for transaction, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, chargeback or dispute obligations. The Privacy Policy explains retention and deletion.
