Payment & COD Policy

How online payment verification, Cash on Delivery and failed transactions work on Devnira.

1. Online payments

Devnira uses Razorpay for supported online payment methods. A client-side success screen alone is not treated as proof of payment; the backend verifies the Razorpay order/payment response before the marketplace marks the order paid.

2. Payment security

Complete card numbers and CVV are handled by the authorised payment provider rather than stored as full payment credentials in Devnira’s application database. Devnira stores the minimum transaction/order identifiers required for verification, refunds and reconciliation.

3. Cash on Delivery

COD is offered only where enabled for the product, seller and courier destination. Availability can change before confirmation if courier serviceability changes.

4. Failed, interrupted or duplicate payments

Interrupted, failed or suspected duplicate payment cases may require payment-provider reconciliation before the final order/refund status is known. Do not repeat a payment solely because a browser screen was interrupted; first check My Orders or contact support.

5. Pricing

Product prices are displayed on each listing. Applicable shipping and the final order amount are displayed during checkout before the buyer confirms the purchase. See the Pricing Information page.
