Rules for using the Devnira multi-seller ecommerce marketplace.
1. Marketplace role
Devnira is a multi-seller marketplace operated by SANISHTH ENTERPRISES. Unless a product is expressly identified as sold directly by Devnira, the displayed seller is responsible for the listed product and seller-specific statutory information.
2. Your account
- Provide accurate account, contact and delivery information.
- Keep authentication access secure and do not misuse another person’s account.
- Use Devnira only for lawful consumer purchases and permitted marketplace activity.
3. Products, prices and availability
Product descriptions, prices, taxes where applicable, stock, seller, offer eligibility, delivery serviceability and estimates are shown before order confirmation. Seller submissions and marketplace validation may cause information to change until an order is successfully confirmed. A multi-seller cart may create separate seller shipments.
4. Orders and payments
Online payments are processed through Razorpay or another authorised provider configured by Devnira. An online order is treated as paid only after backend verification. Cash on Delivery is available only when the product, seller and courier support it for the destination.
5. Shipping, cancellation and returns
The Shipping & Delivery Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy form part of these Terms. Product-specific return eligibility and return windows shown on the purchased listing apply, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
6. Fair use and safety
Devnira may restrict transactions or accounts where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, prohibited activity, security incidents or a material breach of marketplace terms.
