How Devnira collects, uses, shares, protects, retains and deletes personal data.

1. Who controls your data

Devnira is a multi-seller ecommerce marketplace operated by SANISHTH ENTERPRISES. This Privacy Policy applies to the Devnira buyer website, Android application and marketplace services.

2. Information we process

We process information needed to create and secure an account, fulfil purchases, deliver orders, provide support, prevent abuse and operate the marketplace.

• Name, mobile number, email address and authentication identifiers.
• Delivery addresses and pincode; mobile location only when you choose to grant location permission.
• Cart, wishlist, search history, recently viewed products and shopping preferences.
• Orders, payment status, returns, refunds, support/grievance tickets and verified product reviews.
• Device, security and technical information used for authentication, fraud prevention and service reliability.

3. Payments

Online payments are processed by authorised payment service providers such as Razorpay. Devnira does not intend to store complete card numbers, CVV or other full payment credentials in its application database. Payment status and gateway transaction identifiers may be retained for order verification, refunds, disputes and accounting.

4. How information is used

• Authenticate users and protect accounts.
• Process orders, delivery, payment verification, cancellation, return and refund workflows.
• Personalise in-service search and product recommendations using shopping activity.
• Provide customer support, grievance redressal and marketplace safety.
• Meet applicable legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention and dispute obligations.

5. Sharing

Information is shared only where reasonably needed to provide marketplace services, including the relevant seller, logistics providers such as Shiprocket/courier partners, payment providers such as Razorpay, Firebase/Google services and service providers acting for Devnira. Devnira does not sell personal information to advertisers.

6. Security

Devnira uses authenticated access controls, database/storage security rules, role-based backend checks and HTTPS/TLS network transport. Payment secrets and service credentials are kept on backend infrastructure rather than embedded as private secrets in public client code. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; suspected misuse should be reported promptly to the contact below.

7. Retention and deletion

Account data is kept only for as long as needed for the stated purposes or applicable obligations. You can request deletion in the Devnira app from Account → Delete Account or externally through the public Account & Data Deletion page.

When deletion is completed, personal shopping data is deleted or de-identified. Transaction, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, chargeback or dispute records may be retained in a de-identified or legally required form where applicable.
